職責(zé)描述：
1. Responsible for the site survey, technical investigation and preliminary feasibility study. Complete the related design documents and related technical reports.
2. Manage, assess the construction of solar farm or hybrid PV system in respect of project progress, quality, cost, environment and civilized construction，according to the bidding documents, construction contracts, construction drawings, professional project acceptance specifications, technical standards, regulations and mandatory standards.
3. Coordinate the relationship among the local government, consultant, Design Company, Supervision Company, construction company (general, subcontractor), supplier, and other parties during the implementation of the project, manage in accordance with the contract of each party, and effectively control the quality and cost of the project.
4. Deal with project emergencies and other matters assigned by the leader.
任職要求：
1. Bachelor or master degree in Electrical Engineer or Renewable Energy related major.
2. Experience in PV industrial for 0-3 years
3. Good skill of CAD and Microsoft office software
4. Good written and oral English
