崗位職責(zé)：Wind Farm Site and Layout assessment and the installation strategy set up for new project    1.-Support customer on Crane selection and Wing turbine Lifting Plan set up during pre-sales stage    2.-Support Purchasing dept. to prepare the RFQ(technical part) for construction subcontractor bidding, involve the supplier selection and evaluation    3.- Coordinating for the BOP and foundation, platform design and execution    4.-In charge Training and skill evaluation for sub-contractors to meet the demand of project    5.-Release of Technical Documentation to meet Contract Requirements    6.-Support the erection start up for the first 3 turbines of each project.    7.-Trouble shooting and Root Cause Analysis support during project execution    8.-New product Construction Landing in China &APAC project, include new tooling, new procedure and new process     任職要求：1， Bachelor for mechanical manufacture, engineering or the similar field.
2， Over 5 years’ experience in Wind Turbine construction and erection.
3， Familiar with electrical, mechanical and hydraulic  drawings
4， Good practical ability on site
5， Good communication skills.
6， Good computer knowledge for documentation purposes ( Microsoft, CAD).
7， Good report writing in English and verbal communication skills
8， Travel is necessary, 40%.
