崗位職責：1, Obtained and analyze the technical specifications of turnkey construction projects (civil and electrical).
2, Review wind farms emplacements, including visits if necessary, in order to assure the project viability.
3, Search, select, validate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers (local and global) for BOP projects execution.
4, Perform and assure the technical specifications for tenders to subcontractors according to contract specifications, technical and operational.
5, Support sales department for client negotiations process.
6, Ensure that BOP project implementation (by subcontractors) is done in compliance with contract terms.
7, Perform all other duties as assigned. 任職要求：1, 4-5 years of University Studies, majoring in Engineering prefered.2, Over 3 years working experience, wind resource industry prefered.3, Good in English, both writing and speaking.4, Able to travel from time to time.
