Assist QHSE Supervisor to manage all aspects of Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental Affairs in Haidian MSW Incineration Plant Operations.

Scope and Responsibilities：崗位職責(zé)
Assist QHSE Manager in setting up and implementing QHSE management system in company;
協(xié)助職安健主任制定和貫徹健康安全和環(huán)境質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)；
Carry out Site Safety audits for both operational and site safety admin procedures, ensure compliance with BESES’s HSE policy;
為廠區(qū)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行流程和現(xiàn)場安全管理流程實(shí)行安全檢查，確保其符合北控升達(dá)的HSE標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
Enact, modify and perfect HSE system to meet the government requirements and national HSE policies;
制定修改和完善HSE系統(tǒng)是其符合政府要求和國家相關(guān)HSE規(guī)定；
Regularly and monthly HSE checkup in order to find the latent HSE and safety problems, propose appropriate measures and assist and monitor other departments problems solving.
定期進(jìn)行HSE檢查及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在HSE危險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)，提供合理有效的措施來協(xié)助相關(guān)部門解決該問題；
Assist QHSE manager to solve all kinds of HSE and security issues, write accident report and set up related preventive measures.
協(xié)助健康安全和環(huán)境質(zhì)量經(jīng)理處理解決各種HSE問題和安全隱患，撰寫事故報(bào)告并建立相關(guān)預(yù)防機(jī)制；
To set up or develop environmental system such as ISO9001, ISO14001 and OSHAS 18001.
建立相關(guān)環(huán)境機(jī)制如ISO9001，ISO14001和OSHAS18001；
Organize staffs QHSE training.
組織員工的健康安全和環(huán)境質(zhì)量培訓(xùn)
Keep good relationship with relevant officer.
與相關(guān)員工保持良好合作關(guān)系；
Experience：工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求
At least 2 years’ experience in chemistry plant, power plant or other similar plant as QHSE Engineer or other similar position.
化工廠，發(fā)電廠或其他相關(guān)工廠擔(dān)任健康安全和環(huán)境質(zhì)量工程師或相關(guān)職位至少2年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Good command of English & Chinese.中英文溝通流利；
With at least 2 years’ experience in ISO system
2年以上ISO系統(tǒng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Education：教育背景
Bachelor degree or above in Chemical, Environmental Science;
化工或環(huán)境科學(xué)專業(yè)大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷及以上；
With certification of process safety evaluation, air pollution and waste water effluent control is plus.
具有生產(chǎn)安全評估，廢水廢氣處理等相關(guān)證書者優(yōu)先；
